Public Performance Rights are not included in the purchase price of this film on DVD.  It is offered for “home use” only.  The only exception to this is the “face-to-face teaching exception.”  Title 17, U.S.C. Copyrights Section 110 (1) of the law allows the classroom use of video programs that have not been cleared for public performance if “performance or display of a work is by instructors or pupils in the course of face-to-face teaching activities of a non-profit educational institution, in a classroom or similar place devoted to instruction.”
